1. This promo is open to all registered users of Pampers.com.ph who are based in the Philippines.
2. Every 15th of the month from Aug 15, 2008 to May 15, 2009, pampers.com.ph will randomly draw from the current pool of registered consumers one (1) winner of six (6) months worth of Pampers Stages diapers.
3. The quantity of Pampers Stages equivalent to six (6) months worth of supply will be determined by P&G.
4. The winner will be notified via the email address included during the registration process. The winner should respond to the notification email within two (2) weeks after the email has been sent or the prize will be forfeit.
5. The winners should pick up the prizes from the P&G office, located at the 20/F, 6750 Ayala Office Tower, Ayala Ave., Makati City, Philippines 1226. Prizes may be claimed by a proxy provided they present a valid ID, a valid ID from the winner, an authorization letter from the winner, and a copy of the notificiation email.
