PROMO MECHANICS:
1. For every CASH purchase/availment of the service worth P 1,000.00 one-time or accumulated of JRS products and services within the promo period from any JRS Express branches nationwide, entitles customer to one raffle ticket.
2. Fill up the raffle stub with your Name, Address, Tel. No., Signature and the airbill Number/s and drop it in the designated drop box at the branch of purchase.
3. There should be no carry-over of amount in excess of P1,000.00 once the stub is claimed.
4. Bring the claim stub and any of the following - Passport/Voters ID, Drivers License/PRC ID, Office ID/School ID, SSS, TIN, GSIS ID with Photo and Seaman’s book ID/Senior citizen and when claiming prizes.
Note: Altered or unreadable documents will not be accepted.
5. Prizes can be claimed at JRS Business Corporation at no. 19 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City and look for Mr. David E. Geronimo or Mrs. Lorie Custodio.
6. For fare and hotel reservation purposes, winners must confirm availability for the trips five (5) days from date of receipt of notice. Departure place for all the trips is Manila. Travel voucher is valid for one (1) year from date of notice, but can be used only during lean season.
7. All prizes are transferable and can be converted to cash provided fare & hotel reservation surcharges that may be incurred are deducted from the total amount of the trip.
8. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from date of notification will be forfeited with prior approval from DTI-NCR.
9. Employees of JRS Express, Imperial Express Service Corporation and Computer Store, Inc and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promotion.
10. Deadlines of submission of entries is on April 17, 2009, 12:00 noon
11. Draw Date is on April 24, 2009 1:00 PM at JRS Express Head office, No. 19 Brixton St., Brgy. Kapitolyo, Pasig City, Metro Manila.
12. Participants can only win once. If name is drawn more than once, he/she gets the bigger prize.
13. Winners shall be notified through JRS Express Registered Mail.
14. Promo Period is from January 21, 2009 to April 8, 2009.
15. All prizes above Php. 10,000.00 are TAX-free.
